2. How to request a refund

Email support@autoprovin.com with your order number and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

3. Partial refunds

If you've purchased a multi-report pack and used some reports, we'll refund a prorated amount for unused reports.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for reports that were successfully delivered and the information was found to be accurate (even if unwelcome).

5. Timing

Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
